Department of Environmental Science is the new fledgling department in Eliezer Joldan Memorial College. The department offers a wide variety of Environment related subjects whether it is the ability enhancement compulsory course, skill courses or the core courses. The department in still in nascent stages of development and aspires to address environmental concerns of the whole Himalayan region in the coming future by increasing the scientific quotient of environment studies in Ladakh.
